Coaching Skills for HR Business Professionals

This training equips HRBPs with coaching skills to improve their effectiveness in managing, motivating and developing others. Participants of this course will learn about coaching, discuss real-world examples of using coaching skills and, most importantly practice applying these skills to create sustainable behavior change in the leaders you support.

Learning objectives:

  1. Understand the difference between coaching, mentoring, and supervision

Format:

This program is available in-person and virtually across multiple formats, including 1-day, 2-3 half-days, and Eight 2-hour weekly classes. Additional formats available based on your goals and budget.
